Will this work with my hot tub?

Yes. SUPA Clear is suitable for any hot tub or spa that uses standard chlorine water treatment — including SUPA Hot Tub, SUPA Spa, and inflatable or foam-wall tubs from other brands.

How long will the kit last?

It's a full starter set designed to get you through the early season of regular use. Exact run-time depends on tub size, water temperature and how often you soak — test regularly and top up the items you use most.

What's the difference between chlorine and non-chlorine shock?

The chlorine granules are your day-to-day sanitiser. The non-chlorine shock is an oxidiser that reactivates your sanitiser and clears organic build-up without spiking chlorine — so you can get back in the water quickly.

Why do I need pH Plus and pH Minus?

Balanced pH keeps your water comfortable, protects your tub and lets your sanitiser do its job. pH naturally drifts with use, so you'll nudge it up or down to hold it in range — the test strips tell you which.
